We begin with a comprehensive assessment to get crystal clear on your current health, wellness goals, and any desired lifestyle changes.

Step 2: Personalized Wellness Plan

Personalized wellness plan - During each of your sessions there will be a general structure where we will celebrate wins to gain confidence, evaluate barriers and challenges, and reflect on progress. Most importantly, we will co-create goals with the belief of limitless possibilities..  You will be provided with tools for mastering self trust and discovery of self.

Step 3: Coaching

Coaching - During 1:1 coaching sessions,  I support you through compassionate inquiry and holding space for you to intentionally explore your inner wisdom and energies of the collective body, mind and soul.  This is also called somatic awareness or somatic healing. This can produce profound inner healing.

As a Registered Nurse for over 23 years, I've always been passionate about helping others. I've grown increasingly concerned with the reactive nature of modern healthcare. I'm committed to shifting the focus towards proactive wellness.
As a mom of three and grandma of three, I understand the challenges of balancing family life with health. And as an avid pickleball player, I know firsthand the importance of staying active.My experience as a nurse has given me a deep understanding of the healthcare system, from hospital floors to home health. Additionally, my six years as a care manager for Advantage Medicare have provided me with valuable insights into the complexities of navigating our current healthcare landscape. Driven by this passion and expertise, I founded Mindful Journey with Jeanne to empower individuals on their path to optimal health and well-being.
